Contemporary Roof Terrace Design
DESIGNED & CONSTRUCTED BY THE GARDEN BUILDERS.
This once unremarkable flat tiled roof was beautifully transformed into a contemporary roof terrace design highlighted by a stunning water feature and a curved bench. To create an illusion of space, the decking was angled 45 degrees. The cedar cladding on some of the walls likewise increased the sense of floor space while giving warmth to the rooftop environment, lightening the greyness of the London skyline.

The lovely curving bench was cladded in vertical sections of iroko and rested on a powder-coated stainless steel foundation, the same material used for the large, circular planters. The imposing stainless steel curved water feature cleverly disguises the brick chimney breast.
