This ranging, romantic garden incorporates striking features and focal points throughout the expansive space, creating a breathtaking outdoors space full of rustic charm. The manicured lawn measures 778 square meters, spread generously throughout the rear of the property. To add depth to the lawn, a dainty, white bespoke seated arbour was positioned at the edge, and surrounded by box topiary.

A lovely summer cottage approached through a circular patio heightens the picturesque character of the garden. Located at the far end of the garden, the blue and white house is nestled against a wall of tall, imposing trees. Near the house, a 'sunken trampoline' provides a smart play space, artfully incorporating the trampoline into the garden design.

The garden also features a 260 square meter terrace laid with sawn Yorkstone, providing ample seating and entertaining space. The feature step, which features box balls, is also formed from sawn Yorkstone and offers access to the main lawn. The rear terrace is encircled by 55 linear metres of retaining wall, for a multi-level effect.

The circle terrace along the side of the house features a striking bespoke cedar pergola and a knot garden. The garden is illuminated by Hunza lighting providing mood effects at night.

The front of the garden is approached by a commanding driveway of wide bonded resin, with granite sett edging. The manicured lawn incorporated three existing mature trees and beautifully bordered by ligustrum jonandrum standards and low-level planting.

The project entailed constant client coordination as the owners were living in the newly-built property during garden construction. The clients were thoroughly delighted with the outcome of the garden project, which they said exceeded their expectations.
